Crewelo should implement, before EU marketplace launch: a DSA-compliant contact point; any required EU legal representative if Crewelo lacks an EU establishment and the DSA requires one; clear content restrictions and moderation procedures in the Terms; electronic notice-and-action reporting for illegal content; trader traceability collection for Providers where applicable; display of required trader information; ranking and paid-placement disclosures; and business-user restriction/suspension/termination procedures consistent with applicable Platform-to-Business requirements.
Where consumers conclude distance contracts with Providers, the Provider remains responsible for mandatory pre-contract information, withdrawal/cancellation rights, pricing disclosures, statutory guarantees, and sector-specific consumer law applicable to the underlying service.
