1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Crewelo infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, send a notice to [IP/DMCA EMAIL] and [DMCA AGENT MAILING ADDRESS]. For U.S. DMCA notices, include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-notices
If content was removed under a U.S. DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a legally compliant counter-notice identifying the removed material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in mistake or misidentification, the required consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. Crewelo may restore material as permitted by law unless the claimant timely initiates a qualifying legal action.
3. Repeat infringement
Crewelo may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Before relying on U.S. DMCA safe-harbor procedures, Adstim LLC should register and maintain its designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the exact registered contact details here.
4. Other rights
For trademark, publicity, privacy, impersonation, or non-U.S. copyright complaints, identify the right, the challenged content, your relationship to the right holder, the legal basis, and supporting evidence. Crewelo may request additional information before acting.
