1. Scope
Crewelo uses cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember settings, understand product performance, and—only when enabled and lawfully configured—measure or deliver advertising.
2. Categories
Strictly necessary: authentication, session continuity, load balancing, fraud/security, consent-state storage, and core checkout or booking functionality. These are required for the requested service and ordinarily cannot be disabled through a consent banner.
Functional: optional preferences such as language, saved interface state, or enhanced user experience.
Analytics: measurement of visits, feature usage, errors, funnels, performance, and product quality. Where law requires consent, analytics will not activate until valid consent is recorded.
Advertising/measurement: technologies used for campaign attribution, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising. Crewelo should keep this category disabled by default at launch unless a compliant consent/opt-out flow and vendor inventory are implemented.
3. Current cookie inventory
Crewelo should publish the live cookie/vendor inventory in Cookie Settings rather than hard-coding vendor names into this policy. The inventory should show each cookie or technology, provider, purpose, category, duration, and whether it transfers data internationally. The production list must be generated from an actual scan and verified before launch.
4. Choices
Where applicable, users can accept or reject non-essential cookies through Cookie Settings. Browser controls may also delete or block cookies but can break core features. Crewelo will honor legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
