1. AI features
Crewelo may use machine-learning or generative-AI systems to draft website copy, suggest service descriptions, classify leads, summarize conversations, generate or edit images, suggest replies, detect fraud or spam, improve search, rank marketplace results, and automate other workflows.
2. Human review and responsibility
AI output is probabilistic and can be wrong. A user who publishes, sends, or relies on AI-generated content is responsible for reviewing factual accuracy, legality, professional obligations, intellectual-property concerns, and suitability. Crewelo may require human confirmation before high-impact actions.
3. Prohibited AI uses
AI tools may not be used to fabricate customer reviews, provider ratings, licenses, insurance, credentials, project completion, employees, physical locations, legal compliance, medical/legal/financial advice attributed to a qualified professional, or deceptive images suggesting real staff or completed work when that is not true.
4. Inputs and outputs
Users must have rights to upload AI inputs and must not provide confidential, sensitive, or regulated data unless the feature is designed and contractually approved for that data. Ownership of user inputs remains with the user or relevant owner. Rights in AI output may depend on law and third-party model terms; Crewelo grants users any rights Crewelo has in output generated specifically for them, subject to the user’s compliance with these Terms and third-party rights.
5. Automated decisions
Crewelo may use automated systems for ranking, fraud/risk scoring, request classification, moderation triage, or recommendations. Crewelo will provide notices, human review, opt-outs, or appeal rights where applicable law requires them for a particular automated decision.
