This policy applies to all Crewelo accounts, listings, hosted sites, marketplace content, messages, forms, AI output, files, and services promoted through Crewelo.
1. Illegal or deceptive activity
You may not use Crewelo to violate law, commit fraud, impersonate another person or business, launder money, evade sanctions, create sham transactions, misrepresent business identity, fabricate credentials, or deceive users about who will provide a service.
2. Harmful and abusive content
No threats of violence, targeted harassment, doxxing, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, malware, phishing, credential theft, or instructions designed to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
3. Discrimination
Users may not unlawfully discriminate in offering or receiving services on the basis of a legally protected characteristic. Legitimate service-area, skill, schedule, safety, licensing, or project-fit criteria may be used where lawful.
4. Regulated professional services
Medical, dental, legal, financial, engineering, electrical, gas, construction, childcare, transport, security, and other regulated services may be listed only where permitted by Crewelo and only by Providers that hold all required licenses, registrations, supervision, disclosures, and insurance. Crewelo may require enhanced verification or restrict particular service categories by jurisdiction.
5. Prohibited categories
Unless Crewelo expressly approves a category in writing and it is lawful, Crewelo may prohibit services involving illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, explosives, prostitution or sexual services, human trafficking, unlicensed gambling, predatory financial schemes, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, sanctions evasion, or other services presenting exceptional legal or safety risk.
6. Marketplace manipulation
No fake leads, fake bookings, collusive transactions, review manipulation, ranking manipulation, click fraud, undisclosed paid reviews, or attempts to create false performance metrics.
7. Data and communications abuse
No unauthorized scraping of protected personal data, spam, purchased-contact blasting, unlawful cold texting, credential stuffing, or exporting customer data for unrelated sale or marketing without a lawful basis.
8. Enforcement
Crewelo may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, block payments or messaging, preserve evidence, or report conduct to authorities or service providers when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or law. Appeals are available where required by law or Crewelo policy.
