TRAILER TOWING CONTRACT & ROAD SAFETY WAIVER

Lessee warrants that their tow vehicle possesses adequate towing capacity as rated by the manufacturer for the trailer and gross cargo payload. Lessee is solely responsible for ensuring safety chains, breakaway cables, and electric brake controllers are properly engaged prior to transit. Overloading beyond registered GVWR is strictly prohibited.

By submitting this checkout, you authorize a temporary pre-authorization security deposit hold. No funds are captured until pickup inspection, and holds are automatically released upon equipment return in agreed condition.
