HEAVY CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT LEASE & SAFETY AGREEMENT

Lessee warrants that only trained, certified personnel will operate the rented machinery. Daily pre-check inspections (fluid levels, track tension, hydraulic fittings) are mandatory. Machinery must be refueled with designated fuel grade prior to return or refueling surcharges will apply. Lessee assumes all liability for jobsite sub-surface utility strikes.
