CORPORATE IT ASSET CUSTODY & DATA PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Lessee agrees that all computing equipment will undergo a secure cryptographic drive wipe upon check-in. Lessor is not responsible for data left on returned systems. Lessee agrees not to install unlicensed software or bypass hardware BIOS/MDM security locks. Hardware tampering or BIOS lockouts will incur replacement billing.

By submitting this checkout, you authorize a temporary pre-authorization security deposit hold. No funds are captured until pickup inspection, and holds are automatically released upon equipment return in agreed condition.
