FURNITURE LEASE & STAGING LOGISTICS AGREEMENT

Lessee warrants that delivery pathways, stairwells, and entrance doorways provide sufficient clearance for listed furniture pieces. Staging furniture must remain within the designated residential/commercial interior and may not be relocated without Lessor's prior consent. Water damage, pet odors, or claw tears will be billed at full replacement cost.

By submitting this checkout, you authorize a temporary pre-authorization security deposit hold. No funds are captured until pickup inspection, and holds are automatically released upon equipment return in agreed condition.
