EVENT & PARTY VENUE LIABILITY WAIVER

Lessee agrees that all inflatable bounce houses, frame tents, and canopy structures must be evacuated immediately if wind gusts exceed 15 mph. Lessee accepts sole responsibility for venue access, underground utility marking (Call 811 before staking), and surface clearance. All tables, chairs, and decor must be restacked under shelter prior to scheduled pickup.

By submitting this checkout, you authorize a temporary pre-authorization security deposit hold. No funds are captured until pickup inspection, and holds are automatically released upon equipment return in agreed condition.
