MARITIME NAVIGATION & WATER SAFETY WAIVER

Lessee agrees to abide by all USCG and state navigation rules, including maintaining safe speeds in no-wake zones. Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs on navigable waters is illegal and grounds for immediate revocation without refund. All passengers must wear USCG-approved personal flotation devices (PFDs).

By submitting this checkout, you authorize a temporary pre-authorization security deposit hold. No funds are captured until pickup inspection, and holds are automatically released upon equipment return in agreed condition.
