MICROMOBILITY RENTAL & HELMET WAIVER

Lessee agrees to wear an approved CPSC safety helmet at all times while operating rented bicycles or scooters. Operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. Lessee assumes all risks of personal injury or property damage and agrees to secure vehicles with provided U-locks whenever unattended.

By submitting this checkout, you authorize a temporary pre-authorization security deposit hold. No funds are captured until pickup inspection, and holds are automatically released upon equipment return in agreed condition.
