INFANT & CHILDCARE EQUIPMENT SAFETY WAIVER

Lessee acknowledges that baby equipment is used at lessee's sole discretion. Manufacturer manuals are provided with all child seats and cribs. Lessee is solely responsible for verifying correct car seat LATCH/seatbelt installation into their vehicle. All items have been sterilized with child-safe, non-toxic sanitizing agents prior to delivery.
