CINEMA EQUIPMENT & OPTICAL CUSTODY AGREEMENT

Lessee agrees that optical elements, CMOS sensors, and cinema lenses have been checked and verified free of scratches or fungus. Any laser damage to digital sensors incurred during live events will result in full sensor assembly replacement billed directly to lessee. Equipment must remain in secure production custody at all times.

By submitting this checkout, you authorize a temporary pre-authorization security deposit hold. No funds are captured until pickup inspection, and holds are automatically released upon equipment return in agreed condition.
